RestoNoSolo against loneliness :

The Resto No Solo association aims to bring together people who are alone for a dinner in a welcoming place, where everything is done to make them feel comfortable and to encourage conversation.

The Concept

Resto No Solo, with the « Solo Breaker », is the ideal platform to help create the missing connection, build confidence, and promote a dynamic of openness. Indeed, many are so deeply rooted in their loneliness that the idea of escaping it one day seems impossible. It is up to the pioneers of this experience, themselves having suffered from loneliness, to take meaningful initiatives to foster contact and, together, find the keys to prove that it is no longer a dead end.

Our Ambition

Our ambition is therefore to design a way to reach out to them through sponsorship and encourage them to join us around the table. With a supportive team, this think tank will help create a genuine network of 'No Solo' participants.

The Missions of RestoNoSolo

  • - Raise awareness about the causes and consequences of loneliness
  • - Promote solidarity
  • - Organize moments of gatherings, exchanges, and sharing to escape isolation
  • - Develop a strategy to push back the boundaries of loneliness in our society

The association is also developing a social awareness division that encourages rediscovering and, above all, validating the power of a smile as an antidepressant, a true catalyst for connections revealed through spontaneous reactions. The RNS division develops projects for research and action at both national and European levels.
